FAQ:

Q: Why does my DATO keep dropping out?

Answer:
If vacuum solenoid is hanging-up, dirty or defective (drawing too much current) it will cause the DATO 2K2 / 0.5 to drop-out. In this case all lights on circuit board will go out as though it has no power. Turn "Auto / Manual" switch to "Manual". Check and clean or replace solenoid and turn power back on. Both DATO 2K2 and 0.5 have an internal thermal switch which will open to protect your take-off unit from potentially harmful over currents caused by defective solenoids.

Q: What should I do if my equipment is operating inconsistently?

Answer
A unit may detach after initial milk time or operate inconsistently if milk sensor is damaged. (i.e.. Cracked, corroded, or otherwise not properly sealed.) In this case repair or replace sensor and test unit.
